整机采用卡瓶颈悬挂运行工态设计，采用新一代不锈钢翻转式瓶夹，采用磁力扭矩式拧盖头，PET瓶装酱油醋灌装线采用灌装阀升降，能满足95度以下热灌装技术要求。整机采用人机界面触摸屏按钮、PLC电脑控制、设有缺盖、过载保护报警装置。
